Community Parks

Contact Greater Vallejo Recreation District (GVRD) for picnic table reservations at Blue Rock Springs, Dan Foley, and Hanns Park at 648-4600. Parking fees for Dan Foley and Blue Rock apply April-October ($3 per vehicle residents; $4 per vehicle non-residents).

Blue Rock Springs Park	Blue Rock Spring Park Map
Location: 650 Columbus Parkway  Size: 29 acres Features: A historic site with large picnic areas (7 reservable sites) with BBQ’s, open turf play areas children’s play equipment, a small lake and island with ducks and peacocks, off street parking and restrooms. A hiking trail provides access to the ridge of the Sulfur Springs Mountain for spectacular views of Vallejo and the Napa River.

Dan Foley Park	Dan Foley Park Map
Location: East end of North Camino Alto Size: 60 acres Features: Foley Cultural Center, lighted baseball field, several large, reservable picnic areas with BBQ’s, open turf play areas, Children’s Play equipment, soccer fields, basketball court, fishing dock, nature trail around Lake Chabot, off street parking, restrooms.

Hanns Park	Hanns Park Map
Location: Skyline Drive at Redwood Parkway Size: 21 acres Features: Heavily-shaded picnic areas with BBQ’s (10 tables may be reserved), an amphitheater, restroom, Open-turf play areas off street parking, and trail leading to the Blue Rock Springs linear parkway.

Location: Whitney Ave at Fairgrounds Drive Size: 10 acres Features: Community Center, Children’s play equipment, basketball court, lighted baseball field, multi-use field, off street parking, restrooms.

Beverly Hills Park MAP

• Location: Del Sur Street in South Vallejo
• Size: 11 acres
• Features: Play equipment, walking trail, and turfed play areas with fantastic view of Vallejo

Borges Ranch Park MAP

• Location: Borges Lane in North Vallejo

• Size: 3 acres

• Features: Children’s play equipment, multi-use field, water fountain, individual picnic tables, perimeter walking trail.

Carquinez Park MAP

• Location: Porter Street / Sandy Beach Road

• Size: 5 acres

• Features: Amenities include turfed hill with picnic tables and off-street parking

City Park MAP

• Location: Sacramento Street at Louisiana Street
• Size: 2.5 acres
• Features: Children’s Play Structure, drinking fountains, picnic tables, turfed play area, restrooms, and horseshoe pits

Crest Ranch Park MAP

• Location: Gateway Drive at Nicole Way in North Vallejo
• Size: 11 acres
• Features: Children’s play equipment, picnic tables, Softball fields, bantam soccer field, basketball courts, horse shoe pit, restroom, off street parking

Delta Meadows Park MAP

• Location: Jack London Drive / Candy Drive

• Features: Children’s play area, half basketball courts, walkway, with views of the Napa River

Fairmont Park MAP

• Location: Viewmont Avenue and Edgemont Avenue

• Size: 1 acre

• Features: Children’s play area, turfed area, picnic tables

Glen Cove School Park MAP

• Location: 501 Glen Cove Parkway (behind Glen Cove Elementary school)
• Size: 4 acres
• Features: Children’s Play Area, unlighted tennis courts, restroom, multi-use field, picnic tables, drinking fountain, and soccer field (at school), off-street parking

Glen Cove Waterfront Park MAP

• Location: Whitesides Drive off of Regatta Drive
• Size: 15 acres
• Features: Natural and undeveloped park with trail connections to the San Francisco Bay Trail. Site contains many mature trees and affords beautiful views of the Carquinez Strait. An existing but unused 1920’s Mansion may be renovated for some future use.

Grant Mahoney Park MAP

• Location: Mariposa Street at Arkansas Street

• Size: 1.5 acres

• Features: Children’s play area, open turf, picnic tables, rose garden, community building.

• Size: 11 acres
• Features: Children’s Play area, picnic tables, basketball courts, restrooms, turfed play area and a perimeter walking trail that provides access over Curtola Parkway to Wilson Park.

Richardson Park MAP

• Size: 12 acres

• Location: 325 Richardson Drive (off of Sereno Drive)

• Features: Children’s play area, open turf play areas, picnic tables with BBQs (may be reserved), lighted ballfield (Madren Field), and restrooms.

Setterquist Park MAP

• Size: 10 acres
• Location: Mini Drive & Stanford Drive
• Features: Children’s play area, turfed play areas, little league fields, and six tennis courts

Sheveland Park (Circle Park) MAP

• Location: Coughlan Street at Harrier Avenue

• Size: 1 acre

• Features: Children’s play equipment and small turf areas for picnicking. Beautiful views through the trees of Mare Island and San Pablo Bay.

Terrace Park MAP

• Location: Selfridge Street at Gardner Avenue
• Size: 11 acres
• Features: Children’s play equipment, turfed play areas, picnic tables with BBQ’s, ball field, and off-street parking.

Wardlaw School Park Area Parks:

Wardlaw Park West MAP

• Location: 1698 Oakwood Avenue

• Size: 3.18 acres

• Features: Turfed play areas, soccer field, play equipment and basket ball courts (at adjoining Wardlaw school), multi-use field, off street parking

Wardlaw Park East MAP

• Location: Ascot Parkway (across from Bethel High School)

• Size: 9.64 acres

• Features: Bantam soccer field. Just recently completed; a 17,000 square-foot hybrid skateboard and BMX park, a 2.2-acre dog park, picnic areas, restrooms, off-street parking, and a pedestrian bridge connection to the Blue Rock Springs corridor.

Washington Park MAP

• Location: Ohio Street & El Dorado Street

• Features: Children's playground area with baseball field.

Wilson Park MAP

• Location: Solano Avenue at Wilson Street in Southwest Vallejo
• Size: 17 acres
• Features: Children’s play equipment, open turf areas, shaded picnic areas with BBQ’s, lighted and unlighted ball fields, multi-use field, restrooms and off street parking. A perimeter walking trails provides pedestrian access over Curtola Parkway to Lake Dalwigk Park.

Children’s Wonderland  MAP

• Location: 360 Glenn Street at Amador Street
• Size: 3 acres
• Features: Children’s thematic play park; currently under renovation. A fully-fenced park with multiple, high-imagination, play areas, reservable picnic facilities, open turf areas, craft area, outdoor theater building, restrooms, off-street parking.
