Win a €550 Grand Event Seat in the PokerNews Scavenger Hunt at MPF
Table Of Contents
If you’re heading to the 2025 Malta Poker Festival next week and looking for something a little different to spice up your trip, PokerNews has just the challenge for you.
Start lacing up your walking boots and get your cameras ready, as we're launching an interactive Scavenger Hunt across the series, and one lucky winner will walk away with a €550 ticket to the MPF Grand Event, courtesy of the MPF team.
You'll want to pull out all the stops to get your buy-in for the series showstopper, as it comes with a €300,000 guarantee. Last year's edition was a smash hit, with Jordan Dumas being crowned the champion, which came with a €100,900 payday after the Frenchman bested the 1,459-entry field.
How It Works
Players are tasked with completing at least 10 out of 12 challenges from our official Scavenger Hunt list. Once you’ve got your tasks done, you’ll need to check in with the PokerNews team on-site to verify everything and get your entry into the prize draw.
The deadline to complete your tasks is Friday, May 2, at 7 p.m. local time, sharp. This is the one thing you don't want to be max-late regging for.
After the deadline, nine lucky entrants will be randomly selected via a number generator. Then, at 7:30 p.m., the finalists will go head-to-head in a classic Pineapple Flip to decide the winner.

Looking for some more midweek action at the MPF? The PokerNews Championship gets underway at 5 p.m. on April 29, with Day 2 kicking off at 6 p.m. the next day and playing down to a winner.
The €170 buy-in (€150 + €20) event features 25-minute levels, a 30,000 starting stack, and each player can fire two reentries. Late registration is open for ten levels, and the top 15% of the field will make the money.
